Cuscó Berga MonCàlcic Malvasia (organic)

Bright medium golden yellow colour. The nose is elegant and expressive, offering delicate floral aromas, ripe white and stone fruit, together with subtle hints of Mediterranean mountain herbs. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, four months of ageing on the lees and refinement in chestnut barrels add depth and complexity while preserving the varietal character.

On the palate, it is dry, fresh and well-structured, with a pronounced mineral character that reflects the limestone soils of the Garraf region. The vibrant acidity provides balance and precision, leading to a long, persistent and elegant finish with lingering mineral and herbal notes.
