Cuscó Berga P9 (organic low alcohol)

Bright pale yellow with delicate greenish reflections. The nose is elegant and expressive, revealing aromas of white flowers, ripe stone fruit and fleshy orchard fruit, complemented by subtle saline nuances. Gentle skin maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts preserve the purity of the Parellada variety and faithfully express the limestone soils of the Garraf region.

On the palate, it is dry, vibrant and exceptionally fresh, with a smooth, rounded texture. Its naturally low alcohol content (9% ABV) enhances its lightness and drinkability while maintaining excellent balance, a marked mineral character and subtle saline notes. Crisp acidity leads to a long, clean and refreshing finish with lingering mineral and fruity nuances.
