Tasting notes
It is a special and unique wine with a surprising flavour complexity, where mineral, spicy and lightly toasted notes blend with candied almonds and aromatic herbs.In the mouth, its intense, meaty character is balanced by excellent acidity, giving freshness and energy. The tannins are firm yet polished, in harmony with acidity and alcohol, providing structure, consistency and easy drinkability. The aftertaste is long, aromatic and vigorous. This wine will refine over the next five years and can be cellared for more than a decade.
It can show precipitates since this wine has not been filtered.
