Tasting notes
Bright cherry ruby red in colour with vivid purplish hues. On the nose it reveals ripe black fruit, sweet cherry jam and hints of dried figs with floral notes and a delicate balsamic touch. The bouquet highlights fresh and macerated cherries, black fruit jam, nuances of dates, vanilla and subtle hints of oak, creating a well-balanced aromatic profile with gentle balsamic tones. On the palate, it is powerful and refined, with silky tannins that reflect its complexity. The finish is long and persistent, with mineral and spicy nuances.
