Tasting notes
Greenish yellow colour with green reflections. Strong, frank, intense to the nose with aromas of stony fruits (peach, apricot) and touches of exotic fruits (pineapple) on a lightly herb and citric aniseed base. Dry taste and well-balanced, somewhat meaty and with good structure on the palate. Deep, fruity and with an herb aftertaste with the agreeable characteristic bitter aftertaste of the Verdejo variety.
