Organic cava produced from Macabeu 20%, Xarel.lo 30%, Parellada 20%, Chardonnay 15%, Pinot Noir 15%. Vegan friendly product. 30% of the base wine has been aged 3 months in French oak barrels. Aged in bottle for a minimum of 12 months.

Overview
Tasting notes
Yellow colour with greenish reflections and elegant bubbles with a persitent crown. It has of white fruit and floral notes with hints of citrus, all integrated with vanilla touches from
the wood ageing. On the palate it is smooth, pleasant and silky with leaving a nice taste of fruit mixed with creamy and vanilla notes from the ageing. Long aftertaste with a nice acidity.
