Polo Monleón red vermouth

A classic-style red vermouth produce from  wines grown in our vineyards cultivated between 835 and 1,000 metres above sea level, and infused with traditional aromatic herbs and spices. It shows a deep amber colour with reddish hues.

The nose is intense and complex, revealing spicy notes, noble woods and citrus peel, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and cinnamon, along with a distinctive apothecary-like character. On the palate, it is balanced and generous, with a smooth, velvety and slightly bitter texture. The finish is long and intense, leaving a persistent and elegant aftertaste.
