Tasting notes

Bright yellow pale colour. Aromas of white flowers and fruits (green apple, pears, nectarine, lemon peel), herbal and spicy notes with reminiscences of the lees with a toasted touch in the end. On the palate it is fresh, glyceric, elegant and with a long and refreshing finish. It has a perfect balance between volume and acidity.
