Tasting notes
Yellow pale colour with golden reflections, brilliant and thick in the glass. On the nose it shows a complex combination of aromas with a good intensity of aromatic herbs (laurel, romero), balsamic herbs (mint), floral notes (azahar flower) and orange skin. In the mouth it is very smooth and sweet tooth with a discreet acidity. It is very pleasant and easy to drink with intense flavours of mint, aromatic herbs and citrus with a long aftertaste.
Perfect as appetizer. Drink cold (between 6 and 8ºC) with ice and lemon skin.
